6 Months Warranty

WHAT IS COVERED?

With effect from 25 June 2018, Latch Handmade warrants only your regular-priced hand-crafted bracelet from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Our product comes with 6 months warranty from original date of purchase. If these following issues occur, we can happily revise your bracelet:

  • Broken centrepiece wire

  • Poor leather quality

  • Faulty lock magnets

  • Glue issues

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This warranty is void if the damage is caused by excessive wear and tear which includes showering, playing sport or swimming. It does not cover intentional damage, loss, theft, or mistreatment of your Latch Bracelet. Do take note that we do not cover warranty for the following items:

  • Promotional or sale items

  • Gifts from purchased items

  • Event sponsorship items
